Frequently Asked Questions

  • How many people are needed to open a group class?

    Our group classes require a minimum of 3 participants to take place. However, it is not necessary for you to get other people to take the class. If you show interest in participating, the class will open as soon as two more people sign up. If there are not enough participants, we will inform you in advance so you can adjust your plans. The important thing is that you show your willingness to participate – as soon as we reach the minimum number of participants, the class will be confirmed!

  • What is the difference between a group class and a private group class?

    Group Class: This class is open to anyone who signs up, with a minimum of 3 participants. The class will be confirmed once the minimum number of 3 people have signed up. The date and time of the class are set by our school, and places are limited.

  • Where are the classes?

    We are located in Costa da Caparica, on Fonte da Telha beach. If you can't come. We have several collection points on our homepage where you can choose to pick you up.

  • Can I buy more than one photo session?

    Of course, send us an email through our contact page and we will tell you the price for more sessions.

  • What do I need to bring?

    In addition to your swimsuit, we recommend: a bath towel, flip-flops and sunscreen. If you don't have sunscreen, don't worry, we have several colored sun sticks for you to purchase!

  • Do you need to know how to swim to learn to surf?

    No, you don't need to know how to swim to learn how to surf. However, for those who do not know how to swim, we recommend booking a private lesson as the coach's support and attention is exclusively for the athlete.

  • Can sea conditions change the time of my class?

    Yes, you can. Surfing is highly dependent on sea conditions. The reason your lesson schedule has changed is to provide you with the best sea conditions. We analyze the forecast daily and will therefore be notified in advance if this happens.
